“Our food was good. Everything was freshly made. The salsa wasn't as good as I had hoped. Our waitress didn't seem to be trained well..she never asked what we wanted to drink..or if we wanted appetizers..or even if we were ready to order. I had to basically tell her what we wanted to drink..when she dropped our drinks off, she left. She came back a few minutes later to see if we liked them and I basically had to tell her we wanted an appetizer. Someone else dropped that off at our table. About 10 minutes later she was passing by to see if we liked it and getting ready to leave again when I said oh hey we're ready to order.. Maybe she was new, but she clearly seemed lost as a server.“

“I've been dining at the sister "store" in Morgan City for years - this was my first time to the Bayou Vista location.The menus are nearly identical but not 100%. I've always been a fan of their Enchiladas Suissas (Green Enchiladas); my wife had a Taco Salad. We were not disappointed. And either location is a win.“
“It was packed, but we were seated quickly. The owner greeted us and was extremely friendly. Our server took our order, and we got our drinks and appetizers very quickly. The food...omg, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We loved the atmosphere and will definitely be back. It was sooooo good!!!“
