We came in for dinner, there were teenagers and non employees walking in and out of the kitchen. The manager was sitting at a table doing paperwork cussing like a sailer it was terrible. Our sandwiches came out wrong, it took a longtime to get the corrected, will not be back. Definitely not a family environment at all with the language.

Horrible service. Sat for 30 mins waiting on an order to be made for a door dash delivery while employees were in the back eating french fries straight from the warmer. Ice cream made first and put in bags to sit for 10+ minutes to melt while waiting on other items. Just an overall horrible experience. If you are dashing don't take orders from this location!

Soooooooo slooooow. And why wouldn’t they be? The longer we wait, the less they have to work. So it’s a complete failure on the management end. Bump up pay, give employees incentives for good work

Great location, food, and customer service. Even the restroom was clean. You don't see that too often nowadays. There was a young lady walking around the restaurant, trying to make sure everyone was okay. I would have definitely given her a tip if I had the cash on me. The cashier got our orders correct, which hardly happens in Shreveport. My husband normally has to take his food back because of cheese and pickles being put on his food. Big parking lot with handicap parking available. If I'm not mistaken, the entrance doors weren't handicap accessible. They had a kids playground, also, which was a plus since many restaurants don't have that available now. Oh, the playground was inside the restaurant but sectioned off from the eating area.

People are rude and slow, I’m always in line for half an hour or longer, the food is never fresh when I get it & they ALWAYS forget something. I genuinely do not understand the service here.

Fries were burned, one fry was practically empty and did not have any in bottom of bag, shorted one entire burger. My husband and I are disabled and from out of town. The person, who would not give me her name, said she could not refund our money for the one burger we did not receive and would only give us a credit. We just finished a 12 hr drive and had to door dash more food to the hotel for the person that did not get their burger. I ask to speak to another manager and the person on the phone refused.

The lady doing Fry's told two workers that I was standing there and they put their hands up and said oh well. yes it was lunch time but if you can stand there looking at you cell phone you can wait on a person at the register. oh yea she even touch the food after playing with her phone
