Made my order at 8:48 and had the time set for 9:45, they didn’t call to tell me before they closed that they couldn’t find a dasher so I had to call and then they told me the only way I would be able to repay for the order is with cash, I better get my refund back, address 612 Catherine st

I ordered the dinner box at 9:00p.m.& the website said that my order would be ready at 9:15...(Was kinda of suspicious, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt)...& I expected my food to be nice & hot, but yet when yet when I got home....My food was COLD!!!!!! ??? 1st time ordering from y'all & this is what I get!! Never again!!
