I ordered the dinner box at 9:00p.m.& the website said that my order would be ready at 9:15...(Was kinda of suspicious, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt)...& I expected my food to be nice & hot, but yet when yet when I got home....My food was COLD!!!!!! ??? 1st time ordering from y'all & this is what I get!! Never again!!

Stopped by to buy 15 pizzas, and they didn't have any information about SUCH. No visible size of pizzas available; except "... it's 12 inches..."No price list... nor menus available.

I placed an order with this location at 7pm tonight. When it arrived it was missing an item so I attempted to call the store. I called 6 times over the last 45minutes and even left a message. Nobody answers the phone, it just rings non-stop. I managed to speak with a person in the “order” dept who said she would transfer my call directly to this location and still no answer, just incessant ringing.

PLEASE READ AND SHARE!!! Does anyone know who owns the Pizza Hut franchise in MC? At 9pm I ordered carry out, 2 pizzas and wings. No complaints about the service what so ever!! The order was ready before the 20 minute wait time, everything was correct!! THE PROBLEM!! It was SOOOOOOO Hot, extremely hot and stuffy in the building, and this was at 9pm!! The woman behind the counter looked exhausted and drained.. I asked if the AC was out, she said it had been for over a year.. she went on to say it was a long day she had been there since 8a.m. 11 hours!!! I could only image the temperature in there at lunch time!! Over a year without AC in that building,, first and foremost, it’s Horrible the workers are working in that condition with all the money Pizza Hut makes,, secondly does the board of health go check on them?? I could imagine there’s mold and mildew growing!! Please share!! Let’s get that AC fixed for them.

Service was fast order was finished before the 20 wait time. The building was extremely hot, worker said the AC has been out for over a year!! The worker also looked completely drained! I picked up pizza at 9pm, she said she had been there since 8 that morning! Owner of the franchise or whoever owns the business should be ashamed of theirselves!! Get the A/C fixed!! Could about imagine the mold and mildew growing!!

I ordered pizza from the Morgan city store they took my order charged my account then called and said they did not deliver to bayou vista to call the Patterson store and place an order. They took my order and charged my account then called and said they didn't have a delivery driver so they were canceling my order and would reimburse my account. That was on Friday and I've yet to receive any refund from either store and it Tuesday.
