Food is good but warm and serving sizes are ridiculous like they are trying to ration. Service at the location is bad enough to where even when you're craving popeyes rather just eat something else.

so so aggravated, went last night to pick up a mobile order, was told they have to cancel it because there was “nothing on the ticket”, this morning woke up and the money was not there, called and they told me that i have to go through the app to get a refund, i couldn’t even get a refund we had to settle for a $20 discount, today i bought food with the $20 discount, got there, and they had nothing but wings and biscuits, everytime i go they are out of everything, can’t get that money back and cant get the discount back

Fast and friendly service. Food (sandwiches) was made fresh to order. The floors could use a good sweep and mopping. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Place never has food it’s like 1 out of 100 times they will have what you order not sure what needs to happen but man this place sucks

Everytime I go they wanna say they outta chicken of some sort when in reality that’s all they got fried and they don’t wanna do nothing, straight laziness then they make you pull up everytime for cold ass food this place needs me management fr the one in Morgan city too it’s sum bs I used tk fw Popeyes heavy now I only go eat it outta town like canes

Went to order my kids food as we had been busy all day getting our oldest ready for homecoming, ordered 3 kids meals with chicken legs and was told they were running LOW on chicken legs and could give me thighs instead. Mind you the kids meals come with the option of a chicken leg or tender, not a thigh. The manager, Natalie refused to serve me the kids meals even though they were NOT OUT of chicken legs and were just running LOW. Since when do you hold onto product incase someone else comes when you have someone there willing to pay for it right then and there. Poor service, POOR MANAGEMENT. Went to Morgan city and had no issues ordering what I wanted and the staff was super nice

Rude and will never go back

My husband and I got each a 4 piece chicken mild. When I ate the chicken it was so bland, and they didn't have salt packets for customers. The mac n cheese was cold and tasted nasty as well. Not sure what was going on because the service was top.notch but the food is going down the drain.
