I would put zero stars if would let me. This Popeyes doesn't want to take your order inside. Make u wait & wait whole taking dental orders from drive thru then call for worker to go to front. Then when they do come to the front, instead of taking order they want to just start fixing food. After 3-4 mins waiting with no one infront on me still no order but they did take all the orders from the drive thru & still didn't take my order. Had to just walk out instead of getting food from this Popeyes. That was the worst lack of service ever had from Popeyes!

I frequent this establishment, recently they hired someone at the window named Erica, I went once and she threw my food at me, I didn’t pay it any mind until I went back a couple of days ago and she was EXTREMELY RUDE in the drive through, behind HER OWN mistake, the person that was in the vehicle with me commented that she’d witnessed this PERSON get rude with others as well, if you don’t like your job don’t be there, you are there to provide customer service, and represent the franchise you are working at…..GET RID OF HER

Biscuits were under cooked chicken was chewy the roof was leaking all over the counter and there was black MOLD all over the ceiling and the soda had no carbonation. That place needs to be condemned..

Ordered from doordash. They made the Dasher wait a long time before they told her that they ran out of bread for my spicy chicken sandwich. They were prepared to do nothing but my Dasher was persistent. The substitution was supposed to be spicy fried chicken. It was not. Order was missing utensils to eat food and drink. Dasher warned me that this place after dark is bad to order from. I will take that advice.

Get rid of old chicken,why sell this dry unchewable crap to customers.very disappointed and I m travling couldn't eat this and also give me 3 f.f. and I order only 1 red bean and 1f.f.

Restaurant was clean but no drinks had carbonation and the ice wasn't working. Kiosk ordering was convenient but the food was overcooked and tough. Staff rolled there eyes from being ask to retrieve ice from the machine for the drive threw since the lobby had none.
The attention is first class, I don't know her name but a very kind and patient lady served us, very respectful. Regarding the food, I am not used to consuming junk food but because of this lady's attention we would return.
