I have been very reluctant to even post this review, as I do not like to go all out being negative for a business that I frequent daily for drinks & because I like a lot of the regular team members; but I have been silent for far too long now. I gave 1 star for each parameter. Since Bri’s departure, this location has not only lost the forward momentum they had gained, they have gone way downhill and have been that way for a long time now. It seems like the influx of teenage workers are not trained at all. None of the drinks get the right straws, no sauce cups are ever included (even the complimentary ones like marinara for the mozzarella sticks). It tastes like the fountain drink nozzles have not been cleaned in weeks, which is evident by the mold growing in the drink cups within a few hours overnight. There is an issue with the app not showing that you order a drink carrier unless you order multiple. They never put any peppermints in any bag now; I thought those were always included for free. This is not at all what I expect from Sonic.

Parking: the girl that gave me my food didn’t even come back with my change and was very rude .
So at the beginning of this month I had major surgery and have been on bed rest. My dad has been the one making the trips to Morgan City to order Sonic for my autistic son. I never noticed it until this afternoon when I was looking through the receipts I was overcharged three separate times. I ordered a large mozzarella stick with extra marinara sauce, a 3 piece chicken tenders, the tenders only , a large Coke and one corndog. On that one receipt they charged me for the # 10 meal with large sides. It shows on all my receipts. Can't find the receipt from in between these two orders but my Whitney Bank account shows the same price.

The only complaint I have about this place is the way they treated my son when he was sick, with a dr's excuse, when he worked there. They fired him. Not cool. Food is good, though.

Ole boy at the drive thru window tried to pocket my change. The oreder was 10.29, i gave 20.29. I had to go back into the store and get my $10. He pulled it out of his apron.
