The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing with a great view of Historical Lawrence Park.

It is definitely worth the visit.

Went to sweet and simple for labor day weekend. Very cute place and lady ringing us up was very nice. However a younger girl maybe in her 20s with brown hair wearing a ponytail said in-front of the customers very rudely “this is all we have for them to drink if they want something else oh well we already cleaned and out everything up”. Other than that I enjoyed my experience.

They went above and beyond for our K9's b.d. cake. The detail and effort was so appreciated. He wasted no time eating it. thanks so much for making this a special day.

Cute environment and the cupcakes are moist and delicious. My only complaint is the cupcake trays doesn't have individual cupcake holders that keeps the cupcakes from falling over when more than one is ordered. Please get better cupcake holders.

I recently ordered my wedding cake and groom's cake from Sweet and Simple, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The wedding cake was absolutely perfect, both in taste and appearance. This little corner building is definitely a place to try and skip on the big bakery and other coffee/pastry shops....just stop here! Parking in front, and on side! So cute and cozy inside! Seems there might be some speak easy as well or bands that might play on a little corner stage in front.
I think they bake special order cakes as well. When we were leaving we heard someone talking about a cake order. I would ask and I would assume the cake is as tasty as the cupcakes!
