Great food, fast and friendly service, highly recommend for a family night out.Vegetarian options: I don't think they have a separate prep and cook station to make sure meat or meat byproducts don't touch vegetarian dishes.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot slopes up to curb for easy access, both glass doors open, and the walkways are wide.

Firstly, the service was amazing. Our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is very laid back, and they have plenty of seating.The food was not good.Their salsa is warm and doesn’t really taste like salsa, more like chili.Their chips were stale and the queso was not melty and kind of chalky. The queso was spicy and full of jalapeños, which was nice.The rice and beans were decent and the quesadilla was the best part.We did not try the margaritas, but every other person in the restaurant had one - I assume they are good.

Once my favorite restaurant now seems to be in decline, poorly managed. Little things like no longer having cloth napkins, running out of glasses for margaritas when the place was not even full, the cheapest silverware I have ever used in a restaurant not to mention no lighting at all outside the restaurant when leaving and the hole in the ceiling. Miss Maria would sure be disappointed.

Horrible to go!!! Chips were stale.. forgot some stuff… nachos were so old they were soggy from a five minute drive and cold!!!!

My husband and I entered Tampico’s and were seated immediately. Employee brought salsa and chips. Everything was going great. We each had time to eat our chips and salsa. No waitress or staff member ever came to our table. So we told the manager that no came to wait on us. Manager let us walk out the door as unhappy customers. No! They were not busy. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this location!!!

I haven't been to Morgan City in over a decade and I didn't have high hopes, especially driving up and seeing the area in typical disarray. The restaurant feels dated, but the awesome art, amazing service, and undeniably delicious food (al pastor Street tacos) were such a surprise. If I weren't so nervous driving up, it'd be an easy 5/5.

Needed a relatively quick meal while in Morgan City, and it's been a while since we've been to Tampico's... it was the right choice! Basic choices tonight: beef & cheese nachos with jalapeños and the three cheese enchiladas with Spanish rice & refried beans. With the unlimited chips and salsa, it was all I could do to stop and ask for a to-go box before making myself sick, lol. Our server was delightful and ahead of the game with refills. The price was very reasonable, especially with leftovers.We love this place and will be back!

The place was crowded and the parking lot was full which may indicate that we hit on the wrong night. The salsa was warm and had the flavor of spaghetti sauce---somewhat confusing. I didn't think it was possible to screw up a taco. Well, it is. There didn't appear to be a host. Seating was chaotic and disorganized. None of the staff made eye contact. Normally we take a go box. Not this time. Save money and drop by Taco Bell.

Took an hour and a half to take our order then once they finally got to us we were waiting for another 30 minutes to get our food and the food wasn't even that great, other people in the e restaurant were also waiting for their meals for extended periods of time. Our waitress frequently forgot to bring us parts of our order. Overall it was a 1 star experience the food made all of our stomach ache. The overall ambiance was stressful and anxious. The floors were sticky and the entire time we were there no one was cleaning tables so the tables were just dirty. Our order was $90~ just for 2 little kids and 2 adults and all we ordered was 2 kids meals, and 2 quesadillas.
