The character night for the kids were Amazing they interacted with the kids very well… the waitress service was horrible we waited over an hour for our food she didn’t offer refills I had to get service from another waitress… she either needed to be train or serve a smaller amount of people!!! The food was very good and affordable but the service she provided was unacceptable

Food was good. Prices reasonable. Service was good. Chicken strips were actual strips of chicken breasts, not processed. They were like old-time fried chicken my grandma used to make when she rolled the chicken in flour, salt and pepper, then fried; no batter. Really tasty.
Never had a meal that was not good. All about the galley is great. Servers and food are awesome

deff recommend this place. From the time u walk in the door u are greeted with a smile , the service is very friendly and always makes sure u have wat u need. We got breakfast and the food was really really good. Will deff be going back soon.

If you have a legit service dog, expect trouble. I was asked multiple times to show an ADA card to prove my service dogs training. Illegal to ask me and does not even exist. There are NO such things as cards, registrations, certifications. Every website those are sold are scams and mean nothing and prove nothing. Despite telling him the 2 questions he is legally allowed to ask, he kept asking multiple other illegal questions. Given me an attitude. Claimed he knew the ADA law where clearly he doesn’t after what he did based on what he did and asked for during this encounter. He acted like he was doing us a favor by allowing us to stay but told us next time I need that non Existent “proof”. When the proof he was asking for doesn’t even exist. The rest of the time, we caught attitude by the staff. I have video proof of the entire convo between this manager and I in comments.

The time to receive food was outrageous. We each had a shrimp basket, which consisted of shrimps, onion rings & piece of bread. Shrimp were delicious. Onion rings were pretty bad (cold, stale & chopped up instead of fresh ones).While the gentleman who seated us was professional, waitresses were not as they referred to us as “dolls” and “hons”
