Pick up is a joke they cancelled my order from yesterday cause I got stuck at work. Said they called multiple times which is straight lies they never called or emailed me. Then it will take 7 days for my money to be back in my account. What a joke.

at the door cashier in a rude tone said "i need your receipt". my mom politely asked why the receipts get texted/emailed if it has to be checked at the door. very rudely screamed at us about how it was her job and another cashier chased us out the door threatening to ban us

Waited outside for 20 minutes only to be told they'd would open, maybe, at noon. Myself and about a dozen others had been told they would open at 10am. The customer is always right in matters of taste, that's the saying. That was extremely disrespectful and distasteful.
Edit: there were about 7-8 employees who didn't know how to get into the store because they had pallets of broken down boxes stacked on one another in front of all the entrances.

Need to have All self checkouts open and the alies need to be wider.and you should be able to get help when you need help instead of having to look for help

Arrived at 11:49am with no other vehicles queued for an oil change. Car finally went into service at 12:49. It's now 1:55 and I'm holding out hope that they will finish today.
