I doordashed some food for me and two others but when I ordered the burgers I didn’t pick the option for them to be plain and with no cheese, and my bf was eating his burger and pulled out a piece of plastic paper out his mouth. I also ordered the ranch sauce and sour cream and didn’t get it

Rode here on my lunch break after calling to verify that they're still open. Get to the drive-through line just for them to tell me that "the system is down," and they're not serving any good.
