The absolute BEST Boiled Crawfish.
We gave Red Tails a try Sunday evening- The line moved quicker than I anticipated, even though it was long.
Hands down, may be the best crawfish we have tried in the area. The flavor was on point, they were good sized, and they had the right amount of heat without being overly salty.
We also ended up getting a lb of shrimp- honestly they weren't what I was hoping for.. i little over salty and overcooked/tough- possibly just the bottom of the batch or something. Next time...read full review
