I absolutely love 7brew , i come here every other wednesday. But every single time i have ordered the candycane mocha , they give me a santas cookie instead ? that is DEFINITELY not what i ordered... (i have ordered the candycane mocha about 4 to 5 times and the order has been right ONCE)

The drinks are fine but the service is horrible. I’ve been coming to this location since it’s opened and it’s a daily routine of mine I always stop here when I’m going through Natchitoches. It’s not the individual staff members it’s how they are treated as whole that makes the entire business look unprofessional and has frankly made it my least favorite location out of all the other shops in town. The business is ALWAYS understaffed and it shows in how stressed and hurried the workers are. They try their hardest to provide quality service but it seems the management is lazy and sloppy. More examples that I have observed have made this obvious to me so I will elaborate. The entire building is noticeably infested. The outside is in a disgusting state with multiple spiders nest and swarms of bees. I have witnessed the drink runners actively swatting bees away while working. Obviously during these incidents where I observed the staff in distress, I sought a way to try and help them out. I have asked for a manager when they have been clearly understaffed with a line around the building. It took a long time for my order to come out and I wanted to raise this concern to somebody but it seems this person is either never available or present as far as I can tell. If it had been possible for me to get in contact with management and see an actual change in the staffing and the environment they’re in then I would have never left this review. What I have seen is too concerning to not speak up about and I am considering calling corporate for the way they treat their very clearly young staff.

The workers here are clearly overworked, they were running around like crazy. seems like the place is understaffed. I asked to talk to the manager and they told me there wasn’t one there, it was midday that is unacceptable.

From the look of this place you would expect a business with a highly efficient service model. They only serve drinks. There is no interior. It would seem obvious that the operations should be like those of a well oiled machine.
Sadly, service this slow would drive a place out of business in lots of places. But apparently not in Natchitoches. I've kept coming back because the coffees are good and the staff are usually charming. I guess that's meant to be good enough.
I have a hard time understanding how a place so slow can remain so popular. Today I sat in the second spot in the outer line for about 10 minutes without anyone even taking my order. There seemed to be no sense of urgency. Eventually, I realized I was ready to go home, so I left.
I suspect this is some kind of deep cultural issue with Louisiana's workforce because all the coffee shops in Shreveport seem to be similarly afflicted.
If you want coffee, you can get a similar drink for a similar price and wait half as long for it just down the street at Starbucks.

THE PUMPKIN ROLL IS DA BEST,I SHOULD HAVE ORDER LARGE! THE CINNAMON ROLL MOCHA WAS AMAZING....SO GLAD I GOT A MEDUIM!!!!
I ordered the cinnamon, brown sugar and Chai latte what I received was almost tasted like hazelnut , so after one sip I pulled up and told the young man it wasnt what I ordered, he told me that was exactly what I ordered and that the taste of the coffee just over powered the drink, but I asked for another and it tasted the same....I told him I always ordered the same thing and this wasn't it. He told me it was what I ordered. This transaction happened at the Keyer street location in Natchitoches Louisiana on 8/28/2025 @ approximately 11:45 AM. This drink tasted like a Hazelnut Latte. I couldn't locate their store phone number the only number I could locate on the website, was to a Texas # where I only had the choice of leaving a message.

I asked for a coffee that was comparable to the Colombian coffee that I drink at home, The guy that waited on me told me no problem he could fix me up and he did. I only hate that I didn’t get his name hands-down I give you guys a five star.

If I'm gonna pay 20 dollars for 2 drinks you could at least take the time to make sure I get the drinks I ordered and not lie to my face about it. I was skeptical when the drinks presented looked nothing like the picture and when I asked was told it was the correct drink just mixed up I'm mad at myself for not trying it before I got on the highway all in all the drinks weren't horrible I just don't like coconut luckily it's a taste bud response and not a allergy
