This place is delicious. The pretzels are so, so good. Be sure to get the beer cheese. And make sure Haley is your server. She is amazing. She's friendly and funny and so attentive. This is a MUST when you are in Natchitoches.

Flying Heart Brewing & Pub in Natchitoches, LA, serves delicious homemade wood oven pizzas, appetizers, and wraps in a spacious setting that is ideal for weddings and parties. The brewery offers a variety of their own seasonal taps and guest taps, along with a full bar for non-beer drinkers. The 6 of Hearts and LA Amber are highly recommended, while the Day Wrecker, a strong 10.1% beer, is known for sneaking up on drinkers despite its light taste. The pretzel bites are soft, perfectly salted, and served with tasty mustard and beer cheese, making them perfect for sharing. The pizzas feature a good thin, NY crust and are just the right size for enjoying alone if desired. The staff is friendly and provides excellent suggestions, fostering a fun atmosphere with plentiful seating, abundant parking, and a welcoming environment for all ages. Visitors often appreciate the kid-friendly atmosphere, as the staff engages with younger guests, making it a great spot for families. The setting is fun and safe, with easy wheelchair accessibility to the front entrance and restrooms. With a relaxed vibe, many enjoy tasting the local brews and exploring the charming town of Natchitoches, making this a popular stop.
