Went through drive thru ordered a Large Strawberry sundae and they made a small. I politely mentioned this and the window worker hollered at the other worker that it was wrong. When they gave me my sundae back it was half melted the Strawberries tasted funny. Very disappointed đ

I went through the drive thru for the $7 meal. The Sprite was not Sprite. It was carbonated water with no sweetness or Sprite flavor.
I upgraded the Sundae to the Blizzard.
They put no lid on it. Other times I had to ask for a lid. Every other DQ I ever went to puts a dome lid with a hole at the top and the spoon sticking out. This one won't use those. You have to ask for a lid bcz they are cheap and don't care if it tips over in your car. I have a car with no cup holder. It fell over and half my ice cream spilt out. Of course your Blizzard will melt while you are driving home or eating your meal. Of course if you turn in and intersection something will turn over. You can't drive and hold a drink and hold your ice cream also. They need to care about customers and just put lids when you go through the drive-thru. I understand not automatically doing it if one in in the dining room but when driving you need it.
Oh.if you prod them they put a top not like the dome with a hole that other DQ's use. I wonder why they aren't like the others?
I went in tonight to try to get some ice cream for my wife and I. When I ordered ice cream, they said it would be 15 minute wait because they had to finish cleaning a machine. And I said no problem I will wait and come back around in 15 minutes I pulled across fromthe drive-through window and parked and waited. 15 minutes when I came back around after waiting they told me that they would not be able to get me ice cream because they would only have milk. When I question them on it, they told me they had not started the process of cleaning it and they would not have any ice cream for the rest of the night at no point did they think it was appropriate to come and inform me that they would not be doing their job but instead waited Inside on their phones while I waited for them to do their job. The Manager came after I asked for her and said that one of them would be getting written up, but offered me no kind of compensation for the trouble I had. Poorly ran.

I ordered chicken strips, waited over an hour for them and when they were brought out they were cold and tasted strange. They also gave me less strips than I paid for. The workers were also rude, didn't even reply when I spoke to them.

Seems to be generally well run. It gets the job done for good eats and cool treats. #nonsponcon

I'm not sure what was happening inside, but from the drive through it appeared to be a lot of confusion amongst the employees. I ordered two blizzards and a drink and was offered food. Then was asked to pull forward for almost 10 minutes while they made the blizzards. However, the young man that delivered them to my car was very upbeat and nice about the wait.

Ordered food on app. Never tried ordering a cake before and I could on app, so did. Walk in there, and like usual itâs workers giving me looks while not even calling for someone capable of manning the cashier to take my order and when they do, as per usual theyâre a j*** like usual. They tell me I canât order a cake without giving 24 hour notice. The app never told me this, ask if I can get a refund. âNopeâ as I turn to leave theyâre bragging about how they told me I couldnât get the cake I order. Itâs always this location where staff are rude as all get out. As someone who works in fast food⊠you need to get better people, because the other location is a much more pleasant place to goâŠ

The employee taking the order had dirty fingernails. Chicken strips were over done. $20.00 down the drain!

Just wondering if anyone else has had a bad experience at Dairy Queen, on Hwy 1 South, in Natchitoches. I asked for their smallest hamburger without cheese, but with everything else and a cup of ice, when I pulled to the window and paid it was $6.48. I know I donât eat out much, but wow. The girl asked me to pull forward and she would bring it out. There was no one behind me either, I pulled forward and waited 10 minutes and finally see someone else behind me driving thru. The girl walks out the door with an ice cream cone, when she saw me, she got a strange look on her face. I got out of my car went in and asked for a refund. I thought maybe someone would say, here is your order, but they didnât. It was a guy that asked if he could help me, he gave me the refund and I asked if he had taken out the 30 cents for the cup of ice, and he said no that was ok. Never an apology for anything. There were three people eating inside, they had their food, two men at the same table, and looked liked one of their workers at another one. If they had been BUSY it would have been a different situation. You can see the time on both receipts. Now my 30 minute lunch break is over and no food and a headache.
