Pulled up to order in the drive thru. I was greeted rudely, and then I attempted to order. Had very unnecessarily unpleasant interactions with the young man and woman working the drive thru at 1:50pm on 9/7/25. I don’t eat at Dairy Queen often, so I guess they were frustrated with how I ordered. I pulled off without finishing my order. Great customer service can go a long way and they missed the whole mark.

Sometimes it's busy. The team is always busy taking care of business. They may be busy, but they're friendly.
Good for ice creams or hot food. Even both !
The store is clean - inside, outside, and restrooms.
Plenty of indoor seating, even outdoor seating - weather permitting.
Convenient to gas stations and even hotels ( if you're tired and want to stay the night). Parking is easy. Big parking lot.
No playland, but very kid friendly. Besides what kid doesn't like I've cream !

Hands down best fast food in the whole parish. Fast friendly and clean. Definitely best burger in town even better than sit down restaurants. I don’t know who’s running this place but they need a raise.
This is the second night in the row I have been to Dairy Queen and they systems have been down since 9 P.M. They don’t even have the decency to tell people they are closed. We sat there for 15 minutes. I will be reaching out to the corporate office. This is very unprofessional !!!

Food was delicious, the employees are very nice and the place itself was spotless! Best customer service I have had in long time.
This particular visit was just for blizzards. They couldn't even get that right. It was sooo runny, like a milkshake. They didn't put a lid on either one of them, just handed it out through the drive through with it melting and running down the cup. When I asked for lids, she just closed the windows and walked off. So I'm sitting there and she opens the windows and shoves two lids at me. When I take them, she shut the windows so fast, no here you go, sorry about that or thank you. Customer service is horrible in the evenings here! It's always lacking, but evenings are worse. I think this trip was my last.
