Pizza was good. Unusual drive-thru situation; you pull around to the window where a sign tells you to pull around the other side. Need a sign telling people where to pickup order.

Ordered a pizza for window pickup. Waited 30 mins. Checked my phone it said my order was ready for pickup. Waited another 30 mins before I could drive up to the window. Was told my.order was probably in the oven. Waited another 10 mins had to get someone's attention. Gave them my name and order details again and was told my.order never popped up on their screen to be made. They closed the window in my face. I called the store and was told my.order had been picked up. And I said no it hasn't because im at the window trying to pick it up. Lady came back to the window and informed me that they were making it now. I asked for a refund and was told to just wait a minute they are making it now. I asked for a refund again because I had been waiting for over an hour since I got to the store. She gave me a refund after I complained enough. But how did she know what to refund me if the order never came up on their screen. They gave my order to someone else and didnt want to admit it. Never again

They give you deal and skimp on the toppings. The pizza be crust and a little sauce. Dry bread! You call to speak to a manager no one comes to the phone or call you back. Pizza Hut is the Key!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Like other people I ordered for delivery and chose to leave it at the door. I got the notification that it was delivered and it was not there. I tried to call the delivery driver and they did not answer.
I called the store and spoke to the manager and she told me that she was nothing she could do except refund the delivery fee. But hello I didn’t even get my pizza. She said it was a “security risk” to bring it back. Now that it simply a bad business practice and how to lose many customers.
She then told me she would see what she could do then proceeded to never come back and take me off of hold.
I love dominoes but not after this. That is not how you treat customers. It obviously wasn’t the first time and definitely won’t be the last.

I normally don't have a complaint with dominos food is usually hot and fresh but the woman who took my order didn't listen at all and made the wrong food. As I live over a hour away I called to say they gave me wrong pizza. She got a attitude and said I need to drive all the way back and bring the pizza and pay the extra money for pizza I wanted then hung up on me.. it makes me mad cause my kids eat there all the time and now we will not me going back. I spend to much money on dominos to be treated like that. Very unprofessional.

over all horrible customer service food and everything else very inconsiderate of their customers. was ignored in the drive through then went inside and was ignored for 7 mintues before being helped
Ordered 3 large pizzas and some extras for a large group of family here for graduation. We got it delivered and only received two of the three. We called to get them to come bring it to us, they said they were coming then we called back an hour later when it hadn’t arrived yet. The employee on the phone tried talking us into just doing a refund because they didn’t want to get out to deliver one pizza. We told them we would rather have it delivered because it was lots of us and we’re hungry. They said it would be the next one out and again an hour later we called and they said they tried delivering it 3 times which was a lie because we’re here waiting for it. We eventually just got a refund because it was 11 pm at this point.
Everyone we talked to had an attitude and was not pleasing at all. They put off delivering it so that they didn’t have to get out. It was ridiculous. The food we did get was good though.

Dude. I never do this. But cmon I know what a pan with extra cheese looks like and this ain't it. I called to ask for a remake, and the manager wanted to say "well you did order a pan with extra cheese" yea i know I've had it countless times before and this ain't right, pictures below. Thing is, my orders are never right and I usually just deal but not anymore. I can no longer recommend dominos in natchitoches.

I ordered bacon cheddar tots. There was absolutely no bacon on it. Had I ordered the cheesy tots they would have been perfect. But I didn't. So I'm highly disappointed that I didn't receive what I ordered. I was on a quick lunch from work so I couldn't take it back to the store for a replacement. I won't order from them again, I don't have time for wrong orders.

It's Domino's - by which I mean that you know what you're getting before you go in! However, I have found the people who work here unfailingly kind and friendly. They seem genuinely pleased that you turned up and determined to make your visit pleasant. That ought to be a given, but it's not and so it's great to find when you do. Good job, Domino's peeps!
