This place is delicious. The pretzels are so, so good. Be sure to get the beer cheese. And make sure Haley is your server. She is amazing. She's friendly and funny and so attentive. This is a MUST when you are in Natchitoches.
My visits to Flying Heart have always been great! I go about once a month, and the food, service, and atmosphere are excellent! On my most recent visit, I showed the wait person, Ember, a photo of a pizza I had there a few months ago (I didn’t remember its name). She figured it out, and I had the Cajun pizza and its savory sauce, called Gris Gris. I also had a side salad—so big it could be a meal by itself. They also have a good selection of drinks. Great pizza, beer and mocktails. The best part was the staff- they played with our three-year-old almost the entire meal. She had an amazing time. Very kid friendly! Thanks for the great meal!
