We were turned around at 11:30 . We even asked if we could order To go and was told they stop that at 11:00. If you close at 12 then you should take customers until 12. I am a local business owner and we stay open until 4:30 I'm not going to turn you around at 4:00 bc I'm lazy and wanna leave at exactly 12 . Straight up bad customer service

I’m only giving a two because it’s Saturday night and Christmas Festival weekend and there is one waitress who told us (my group of 7) when we walked in that she was alone with 2 cooks. So no fault of her own that’s all management and poor planning. We just ended up leaving.

Steer clear of Ihop Natchitoches if you can. The waitresses are lazy and could care less about customer service. They would rather talk to each other and play on their iphones. I walked out of that place more than once, and frankly I will never go back. This place is horrible, and the staff is very prejudiced against certain customer types.

Service was not well Restaurant had 3 table with customers. When drinks were brought the water tasted like cleaner.. so we ordered Dr pepper. After a drink .30 second or so. The person I with at the same time said. My lips and tongue are tingling and getting numb. We left. The hostess said I'll get my manager. I'm sorry our server is having a reaction to something. We said we don't need the manager to leave
