Out of at least six employees, only one seemed to be doing her job and covering for others. Three or four were standing in the back dining area talking while there were no clean tables. One stood at the hostess desk and ignored us. One nice employee cleaned off a table for us and said our server would be with us to take our order and then she left to go in the back. We waited at least 15 minutes until the employee standing behind us sat a family of 5 next to us. They were asked what they wanted to drink. I asked them when someone was going to take our order, I was rudely told we were sitting at a dirty table and no one sat us. We got up and left.

Me, my wife and kids decided to give them a try since the last couple of times they were really good …. But tonight was not so good our kids scrambled eggs were not scrambled they were fried hard, they gave away one of our kids food they tried to over charge for kids drinks and over charged for a breakfast sampler we had 2 different servers the one who was actually not our waiter did a better job our waiter destiny was more worried about a tip then actually making sure our order came out and was correct then they put my grits on a saucer instead of in a bowl get it together ihop your 2nd shift is horrible

The food was good, but it took over an hour to get it. They kept saying it was because they were so busy. There was literally only 4 other tables the whole time we were there. This is the first time we've been there since September, which was pretty much the same outcome. I don't see how they stay open. Both times we've been, it was in the evening. They must have one hell of a morning crew. I can't see any other establishment staying open with that kind of service.

This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a restaurant! We ordered our meal and decided to sort our photos on our phone since we were traveling. Next thing we know it was 45 minutes later and still no meal to eat. So we decided to just up and leave. I do not recommend this location for a meal especially if you're hungry.

Honestly, Denny was better and at least their coworkers are nice to each other…the respect for some employees was crappy. Apparently one of the other workers missed my food, there was one server, he was super sweet but others were giving attitude and other things. I honestly never seen a place full of more high school drama than nursing and that’s saying something. It is very upsetting as this place was labeled as a starter job and this place is so toxic. The fact that there is drama between employees and it seems the manager was having a bad night but it isn’t okay to take it out on your team, and they’re also slightly against the LGBT community but I don’t know because they kept calling someone a name that wasn’t on their name tag but I’m not sure, but that’s what I saw. Honestly, the food was decent but I don’t really blame the cooks. The manager seems crazy and disrespectful all around. I don’t know but I feel maybe the HR or even health department needs to check in on some behavioral issues in the managers and other things. But I won’t be visiting this place anytime in the future and I’m gonna advise my family and friends to stay away if I need to, but meh, it’s ihop ??♀️

We never got our food after waiting for more the 1/2 hour. Finally she brings my entree & says " ok, I'll go make her salad now" My mother was with me. I said nevermind, we'll go somewhere else. And she says to her coworker " I guess they didn't want to wait" WTH? She could have made the salad while waiting for my entree to be cooked! And no, they weren't busy. Only 1 other table in the whole place besides us! Also several customers left since no one would come to seat them. Will never be back!!!

The food was very good, this is why it even gets a 3 star. The restaurant had a lot of dirty tables. The ladies bathroom was disgusting. The server was not in the least interested in her job. None of the tables had silverware and napkins. We had to ask for them. We were never asked if we needed anything once our food came. This is the first time I haven't tipped a server. That's how poor the service was.

IHOP was a welcome site from driving all day and looking for comfort food dinner. When we went in there was only one other table occupied. Within 30 minutes the entire was occupied.Parking: At the time I parked in front of the door next to four handicap parking slots.Wheelchair accessibility: Very slight incline to entry doors
