Thank you for providing great crawfish, especially since we are in the middle of GA. Your effort to keep the quality high is appreciated. My one suggestion: The recommended seasoning dosage is not enough. Even with extra spicy seasoning (this time), one must add extra. And that is from my wife, who doesn't like spice at all! lol. This is the 3rd time our neighbors or we have purchased from you guys. And all three times, we had to add to your recommended seasoning.
Everything is wonderful!! Having a boil tomorrow. If I could give a tip, pack with dry ice instead of the frozen jell packs. The mud bugs were thawing when I received the box and the wet pretty much destroyed the biscuit boxes. Just a tip for future shipments.

Quality of my order was outstanding, crayfish big,beautiful very little dead loss. Blue crab the same. My guests raved about them and can't forget about the alligator party pack outstanding. Only thing was, I ordered party packages didn't receive my beads, t-shirts, koozie or bibs. High quality seafood but didn't get what I was promised. But would order from them again.
