I visited Marie's for the first time while in Natchitoches for the 2025 Folk Festival. It's not much to look at, but the burger I got was the best I've had in a long time! A hand-formed, well-seasoned patty with fresh toppings and a tasty bun made for great burger experience. I can't resist onion rings, so I ordered those, too. The burger was absolutely amazing and so was the lady who took my order and brought it to me! Thank you for seeing that I was in pain and bringing my order to me. I will definitely be back.
I use to live down the street, Marie’s Old Fashion Hamburgers use to be my weekly treat to myself. I miss the burgers and curly q’s. I plan on stopping by the next time I’m in town.
