I visited Marie's for the first time while in Natchitoches for the 2025 Folk Festival. It's not much to look at, but the burger I got was the best I've had in a long time! A hand-formed, well-seasoned patty with fresh toppings and a tasty bun made for great burger experience. I can't resist onion rings, so I ordered those, too. They were fried to non-greasy perfection: golden and crunchy. The folks who waited on me were great: friendly and helpful.I think this will become my #1 stop on future trips to Natchitoches.

The burger was absolutely amazing and so was the lady who took my order and brought it to me! Thank you for seeing that I was in pain and bringing my order to me. I will definitely be back.

I stopped in here yesterday for a hamburger. Hamburger reminded me of childhood. Probably the best hamburger I’ve had in Natchitoches since God knows when.

Faster than a normal fast food joint. Burgers were huge! All our food was super hot and fresh. Not to mention the sweet lady that took our order. Absolutely loved it!

Oh my goodness! What a hidden gem. My nose wrinkled a bit when we pulled up but decided, why not. My niece and nephew are picky eaters and both gobbled up their burgers. I got the chicken and it was delish. I only wished they had honey mustard... But chicken was so tender and juicy that the honey mustard was not missed.

IYKYK, the burger was real hand formed meat! The fries were hot and crispy. The burger was fully dressed and juicy (med-rareish for my taste, but I just microwaved it and it was still juicy). The service was prompt and kind. Very affordable!
Note: drive thru only, even if you're on foot, you gonna be in line. But someone comes out to get your order of the line gets long.

I did not think much of the place at first sight but their food is phenomenal. I expected an average burger and was deliver a piece of heavenly art. I have never had such a delicious meal. Many thanks to the ladies that were there cooking

The softest sno cones ever!! Best place for a burger && the best sno cone I have ever had.. she was good at the Y but these new sno cones && that soft ice, perfect!!!
