I visited Marie's for the first time while in Natchitoches for the 2025 Folk Festival. It's not much to look at, but the burger I got was the best I've had in a long time! A hand-formed, well-seasoned patty with fresh toppings and a tasty bun made for great burger experience. I can't resist onion rings, so I ordered those, too. They were fried to non-greasy perfection: golden and crunchy. The folks who waited on me were great: friendly and helpful.I think this...
The burger was absolutely amazing and so was the lady who took my order and brought it to me! Thank you for seeing that I was in pain and bringing my order to me. I will definitely be back.
Oh my goodness! What a hidden gem. My nose wrinkled a bit when we pulled up but decided, why not. My niece and nephew are picky eaters and both gobbled up their burgers. I got the chicken and it was delish. I only wished they had honey mustard... But chicken was so tender and juicy that the honey mustard was not missed.
