The fish...utterly amazing and were crispy with right mix of cornmeal covering pearly white flavorful fish. The shrimp were absolutely perfect and complimented with Grandma's sweet tea and a stuffed potatoes cooked to perfection. Wow, just wow!

This is the first place we ate at when we visited Natchitoches. And when I say it was good, I mean it was great! The Red Fish Cocodrie is a must!! That fish was fried so flaky and had a delicious taste with their pirogue sauce that I still think about it! And it was thick too! My wife got the BBQ shrimp, which was also good. We tried the Buttermilk Pie with ice cream. So good!

During a birthday trip to Natchitoches, we first stumbled upon Mayeaux's for a quick drink and appetizer before our riverboat tour. We immediately dug the vibe and the cocktails were on point....even got roadies for the boat ride! Thanks to Riley with her graciousness and hospitality, we canceled our dinner reservations at another restaurant to come back to Mayeaux's for the full experience. Grace was our very attentive and precious server, ensuring this birthday dinner was perfect and memorable. All the dishes were delicious and impeccably prepared. We ordered a variety, so you can't go wrong with this menu. However, if a delectable ribeye is the order of the day, Mayeaux's is your place!

Mayeaux's Steak & Seafood Restaurant was the perfect oasis after a long day's journey to Natchitoches, Louisiana.

This restaurant is nestled in Natchitoches' gorgeous downtown district. The ambiance abd environment were so relaxing and nice.

Service was on their game, top notch in accommodating my family of 7, aged 4 yo to 90 yo. Hannah was outstanding!

Well maintained and managed, we all felt so comfortable and relaxed in the casual atmosphere.

Menu is thoughtful, providing plenty of options for everyone in the family. Kitchen totally delivered, as everything tasted SO fantastic. Yum!!!

Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from on this menu!

Parking: We dined early on a Thursday evening and had zero issue parking with 3 cars in tow.

Kid-friendliness: VERY family friendly.
