This place was trashed, understaffed, they were only working the drive through and 3 to 5 orderes made at the counter waited over 30 minutes. To get food. One person got their food Cold. Customers were getting out of hand. The store should have shut the lobby down if they can't serve both the drive through and lobby. Especially during travel season on thr interstate you would think management would have a better handle on staffing. A.P. looking at you buddy!

Went through the drive thru. They made us pull around to wait for food for 2 people (1 kids meal, 1 $5 meal).. waited nearly 50 minutes for our food to come out. Absolutely insane.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! My family was passing through town while traveling and stopped for dinner. We ordered four meals. After waiting for 30 minutes, we finally gave up and left with an incomplete order. The food that we did get was cold. The restaurant was not well-kept. Every trash can was overflowing. Customer service was non-existent. We saw several people give up and leave during the time we were there. I DO NOT recommend this McDonalds.

Sitting for 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for food and nothing...they've severed 11 drive through cars...that pulled up after we've been here. The self service console doesnt work, but they dont tell you and laugh while you find out at the end you just wasted all that time. Had to pay at the counter. Waiting this long for McDonald's IN THE LOBBY is inexcusable. No apologies and finally when we get it FOR HERE...its packed to go. Wow.
