Ordered at the kiosk, couldn’t pay because no one would come to the counter. When they finally did, they wouldn’t take cash. When they brought the food, the sauces were missing and also my iced coffee. We were told they were cleaning the machine and it would be about 20 mins. Had a Big Mac that I think more got on my hands than my mouth because they put all the sauce on one side of the stale bun. Also fries were cold and stale. Never again. Never did get that coffee.

The wait for the food was a little longer than usual. We did get off thinking it would have been a bit faster. The lady who brought us our food was so sweet and nice, she was very attentive wish I would have got her name.

WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I have given this location many many chances. When you walk in no one is at the counter and no one comes to the counter. You have to order on the kiosk and even then it doesn't give any receipt so you have no proof of your order. The workers in the back DO NOT wear hair nets or even gloves while handling the food! Manager just sits in the lobby playing on his phone and singing. Never once asking if anyone needed help or anything. My husband and I stood in the lobby area for over 30mins with no help at all! SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT ORDER OR STOP HERE!

I live in natchitoches and come to this McDonalds every so often. Everytime I give it another try I am reminded that it’s a mistake. This McDonald’s is poorly managed. Expect to spend 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. Your meal may or may not be correct. You’ll see aggravated customers.
On a bright note: the two individuals I spoke to at the window were nice.
Great location is the only reason this McDonalds is still in business.

First I was given the wrong order, i caught that before I drove off. Second my double meat was cold and the second patty was risen in three pieces. The burger looked like toddler made it.

We were on a road trip and at around 10pm, I stepped in this store and ordered 4 sandwiches, 8 pieces of chicken nuggets, 2 fries through mobile order. It took them 30 minutes to get the order ready and it wasn’t by any means busy time of the day. The manager came over a few times to say the order was about ready but it was followed by endless waiting. This is the first time I ever have to wait in a McDonald for more than 5 minutes for my order. We were so frustrated at the end since it further pushed back our arrival time at our hotel which became 1am. What totally ruined it all was that they missed the bacon McDouble my son wanted and I had to face a hungry and disgruntled child. When I called and talked the manager, he simply asked me to come back to pick up another one and didn’t even apologize. He said “I did the best I can and there is nothing else I can do”. How would I possibly drive another 20 minutes back and forth and further push back my arrival time at midnight! This is the worst experience I ever had at McDonald’s!

Service was very slow, staff had no sense of urgency, people standing line 10-15 min before they could order very poor management staff definitely could use more training when it comes to customer service
