We stop here every year on our road trip through Louisiana, and the food never disappoints! It’s a great stop to pick up road trip snacks or a picnic while you’re shopping on Front Street. My personal fave is the Rosemary Cajun Cashews!

I was told to eat at the Natchitoches Picnic Company by several of my friends when visiting Natchitoches, and it did not disappoint. The Vermillion Chicken sandwich was amazing and I have never found any place close to as good as they were. Overall, the Natchitoches Picnic Company is an amazing restaurant for a quick bite, and if you have lived here for a while or you’re visiting for the first time you should stop by and see what they have to offer!

Fantastic spot. Went in during Jingle to Mingle to feel out the store and came back today for a Lunch meal...taste was amazing. Highly recommend the Turkey Avocado with the Cajun Aioli. Definitely going to return to try other menu items!!

I can't say enough how responsive and helpful Laurie was when I called in a panic two days before an event because my original catering plan fell through. I told her my budget, how many people I needed to feed, and trusted her to put together an assortment of sandwich and fruit trays with desserts. Laurie delivered everything to the meeting venue on time and set it up for my group. We could not have been happier with the quality of the selections and everyone was clamouring for the leftovers ! Sadly, I missed the last bourbon brownie but I will absolutely get one (or a dozen) the next time I'm in Natchitoches !

My GO TO lunch & catering spot! I crave their chicken salad constantly. Ms. Laurie and all of her staff are so sweet, love everything about this business!

I had seen this place online and placed a pickup order when I was in town visiting my daughter. Excellent products and great quality!! We ordered a variety of items to try- chicken caprese sandwich, BLT with avocado, chicken salad, pecan cheddar spread, Caesar salad and a few of the desserts. Everything was fabulous!!!

Friendly, accommodating folks. Food is excellent, varied, easy to pickup or freeze for a later date. Recommend Picnic Company highly.Great addition to Natchitoches and surrounding towns. Take advantage of their offerings. You won’t be disappointed.
