Stopped in at Papas while walking around Natchitoches while staying a couple nights for the Zwolle Tamale Festival. One gal taking care of the entire restaurant on a Friday night, but she was efficient and friendly and stayed on top of everything. Kitchen was turning out food at a good pace as well. Papa's is next door to mama's. Papa's is red meat primarily, while mama's deals with the other stuff and the seafood menu.
