Stood waiting for a while in a 1/2 empty restaurant to find out if we needed to be seated or could pick a table. Poor customer service and the management was lacking. I’ll ask the average person … you ordered a pizza. The rest of your party has been served. When your pizza is ready they accidentally made one that was too large. What would you do? The bartender Morgan was the best. She promoted not only her pub but things to do in the local area. 5 Stars for Morgan and the Pub!!
The place seems nice and staff is friendly but the business itself could learn to do more for the customer, bar closes at 11 but kitchen shuts down at 845?? At least have some fried easy to make options a little later. Or allow a guest having drinks to maybe order a pizza or something. Not like it’s competing with a closed kitchen and you’re still racking up a bar tab. Too dead for Monday night football.
