Smiling customer service only goes so far. They're slow to take your order, slow to clean a table, slow to get you a drink, slow to get your food. So overall, they're slow. Sure, they're busy, but it doesn't look like they have any kind of system . Food is mid. The BBQ wings tasted like they went down to the Piggly Wiggly and bought whatever BBQ sauce was on sale. The Wookie was almost too hot to eat. And just because your chef is from Maryland doesn't mean he can make a crabcakem Finally, I don't recommend ordering an appetizer and an entree. You will be here all day, and they might confuse your order with another table, or they forget to put your order in all together. I keep expecting Gordon Ramsey to walk in here like it's an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. They need that level of help.

Stood waiting for a while in a 1/2 empty restaurant to find out if we needed to be seated or could pick a table. Poor customer service and the management was lacking. I’ll ask the average person … you ordered a pizza. The rest of your party has been served. When your pizza is ready they accidentally made one that was too large. What would you do? Most places would charge for the pizza you ordered and still give you your pizza … right? No. The manager said she would “box it up and take it home to feed her kids.” Told the waitress to box it and put it in the kitchen for her. Start the order over. Meanwhile, our party was halfway through eating. Inexperienced in customer service and not worth a trip back.

I'd sell my soul for the brisket po boy . Been about 17 years since I've been there and as a chef this sandwich pops up in my dreams to almost a disturbing extent ! ??☝️
The waitress was friendly and efficient. The special Oyster Mushrooms appetizer and jalapeno hush puppies were delicious, as was my husband's oyster poboy and my blackened shrimp salad! The atmosphere is relaxed with table or bar seating options.
