Bathrooms were in very disrepair. Food was good glbut service was a little off. Value for what you pay is not good at all. Prices have gone up but they are not family friendly on pricing anymore.

They need to get some people in this store who know what their doing. Smells horrible.. just waited 30 mins for food, didn't get it, asked for a refund, that took another 15 mins.. honestly kind of worried my refund wasn't sent back correctly

We were traveling In horrible weather
We tried to order drive through the lady was so rude their mic wasn’t working we ended up leaving I’m so dissapointed

I stopped At the hotel next door to stay for the night and walked to Popeyes for a quick meal. I ordered A chicken sandwich with fries and a drink with a second chicken sandwich . Got back to the hotel and found my French fries dumped in the bottom of my bag with no container for the fries other than the bottom of my paper bag with my sandwiches sitting on top of the French fries !

Food was fine but service was atrocious. Waited 10 minutes to order at 3 in the afternoon. Clearly understaffed. Dining room was absolutely destroyed. Food came out wrong, then waiting an additional 15 minutes for them to get 3 tenders fried. So damn near 30 minutes to have my correct order at 3 in the afternoon from a fast food restaurant. Insane.

Went through the drive through window a couple of times and I had no issues and the food was good. Convenient if you're staying in the HIE or other hotels in the surrounding area

They were out of coleslaw, the menu was incomplete, my serving of Mac and cheese was not even half of a very small cup. The chicken was okay, wasn’t bad. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the help was not very helpful. They were not concerned about the quality. Also, the coke dispenser was broken. Won’t come back.

I left the Alexandra location and stopped at the Natchitoches location and had a great experience! Modreka the GM took our order! Greeted us, apologized on behalf of Popeyes because of the experience we had in Alexandria! We will definitely return to this location! Thanks again Moderna!

The wait time is ridiculous. Food orders get mixed. Not a good time. Unless you have 45 minutes to spare, save your time.
