Everyone was so friendly and the food was hot & fresh!! We had been driving for 6 hours, it was nice to be greeted so nicely and good food to boot!!

The service was fast and the chicken was hot. The inside has about 10-12 tables and booths. The women's bathroom needed paper towels and the toilet tank cover was on the floor.

I came in and was immediately greeted by Whitman, who was working at the front counter. His deep voice was so comforting, and he was able to help me in a dilemma trying to feed a big family on a small budget. All of our food was fresh and tasted delicious as I expected.

We come here fairly often when traveling. It’s typically a bit slow but today was the worst we’ve seen it. Very disappointing. Service was awful. We waited 30 minutes for cold food. When we told the lady at the counter that we were missing our fries, she rolled her eyes at us.

Very bad time/order management.

There was one man in the back that was working his butt off. All the others were in a competition to see how slow they could be. Then we get in the car only to realize we were missing even more food. No point.

I know Popeye’s are historically slow, and arriving at the lunch rush made it even worse. Waited 40 minutes for our food as did everyone else who made the mistake of coming inside. Saw multiple drivers in the drive thru come back inside to get items that were missed after getting their food—which they also waited an extended amount of time.

The food was not fresh it was cold and soggy bread. That sandwich was pitiful. The floors under the counter dirty. It had sauce packets on the floor. The counter top where food is served was nasty . Don't get me started on the lobby. Drinks spilt, no straws or napkins or lids. Don't do Popeyes in Natchitoches next to Wendy's.

The whole time I was ordering it could hear someone saying I got to cook that I say something else on the menu and i hear i got to cook that too. Other than that, the food was fresh and hot. And the guy at the window was super courteous and professional

Service here was awful, drive thru attendant apologized over and over for being sorry handed, we were one of two cars in drive thru. Should have been a clue. Ended up with wrong order out of two possibilities. Other persons food was ok.

The food was refried and it did not taste that good and in the bathroom the light was broken and there where bugs and no maintenance at all to it is the worst food I have had .

Worst location ever. Passing through to TX from FL and I wasted my money basically. Strawberry pie had absolutely no filling, chicken was fried too hard. Never have I ever been to a Popeyes and was told ALL shrimp is discontinued. Throw this location away respectfully
