I wish I could give 0 stars. Walked and and was told rudely they can only accept cash. I then asked about using the app - she said “it don’t come through quick now, probably take 20-30 minutes”. Store showing closed on app even though it was only 3pm. Clown show - avoid at all costs!

Update: ordered a smoothie yesterday on thier app, get there and the store is closed for “cleaning “. No problem went back today to get paid for smoothie and the lady refused to make it for me. I’ve been eating here for years and I’m so done with this place. They can keep the $8, lesson learned.

Terrible service a lady who worked for me the place, she has never been able to make me an order, if she doesn't have a fruit, she has no change of 100, very bad service she provides and most of the time she attends to me 😡😡

I called in at 11am on a Thursday. There was one staff member on duty that I could see. The two seats were upside down on the one table in the place. After 5 minutes and serving a drive through customer that turned up after me, the staff member finally acknowledged me. I ordered a bee berry sting and was told "we don't have any of the ingredients for that." The staff member then, without saying anything else, went into the back room and stayed there. I waited another 5 minutes to try to order something else then gave up and left. Not a great experience.

On the road headed to Florida. My daughter has a restricted diet so we went out of our way to come here so she could eat. When we arrived 8 minutes after scheduled opening there was a worker standing outside in the cold rain waiting. He said he didn't have the key to open up the shop and he said it'd be about an hour. He was very nice it's just extremely inconvenient and a waste of our time and money. Plus she opted to wait to eat a smoothie, skipping breakfast and now she has nothing she can eat.
