Great customer service from Dex! Unfortunately good customer service is hard to find these days. Dex's professionalism and great manners, makes me want to come back even when the line is long.
One of the few indoor Sonic. You must see to believe. Trouble with maintaining good help. Service variesAs of 2/8/2022 services is in non existent mode that's if they are open. Very sad that the pandemic and lack of employees will be the end of this signature Sonic. One of the few done in Sonics five miles from a major interstate and located by a state University and High School of 1500 students and staff normally very busy and profitable.

This place was always trash. I had my credit card info stolen here, it was never open on the advertised hours, the orders never came out correctly, service was just awful, and most of the time in the past 2 years, only the drive through was open. Sometimes they would say the "credit card machine is down" or "we're not taking orders right now" which always seemed to happen at the busiest hours like lunch.
