SteaknShake Steak n Shake

My friends and I always ate at steak and shake everywhere we saw one. Esp in Branson Missouri. They had 2 there. I wish they would get a lot of them in Louisiana . I was so shocked to see rhis one in Natchitoches La at the college. Haven't tried it yet. Didn't know if the public could eat there or not. One of tye greatest old fashion hamburger places in the world. Liz Brewton Howell.

food is great, location is great, employees can be a bit rude sometimes but i get it, they work a lot

So glad this opened on campus. Used to have one next to my house in Houston and totally underrated them. I try to make a point of stopping in everytime I am in Natchitoches to get a burger here. By far the best burger in Natchitoches if you like a smashburger (lacy). Fries are great too. This is by far one of my favorite burger chains. Not going to rack on service because the one next to me used to be table service. Having a burger made fresh, I am willing to wait. Staff has always been friendly.

This place should be called a Steak n Shake express due to its abbreviated menu. However, there is nothing express about the service. It took a while to get our good. The burgers were a bit dry. It's not the same quality that I remember for this chain. The workers were very friendly.

Parking: Parking lots nearby. However the lots may be restricted or pay because this restaurant is in the Student Union on the Northwestern State University campus.

The service was good. Food came out quick. The fries were hot. The bun was cold. The cheese wasnt melted. I needed to eat and get on the road so i ate it. I wont go back though.

Good burgers friendly staff

The customer service depends on the day most of the times it's horrible, you constantly get something missing from your orders, the drinks taste watered down. The burgers are really good and the aesthic is also very nice. I just wish the staff was nicer and they would get my order right more often.

the frisco burger is amazing wish they would open a full sized stake n shake with the full menu

Very friendly staff!!! It's a smaller menu than other Steak n Shake locations but it's been terrific each time!
