I come to this Taco Bell quite often And even though there’s little mess ups here and there, A good majority of them were respectful. But I just left. I had to go back two separate times because they forgot my order so I went in after already previously going through the drive-through for the second time, I wasn’t greeted Or anything, the guy behind the register seemed like he didn’t even wanna look my way, I told him about my problem and he told the lady at the drive-through window that I didn’t get all of my food and I was back To get my cinnamon twist and she rudely says who and he pointed at me and she goes give it to her In a rude manner, and they all just looked at me like I had three heads. I understand mess ups But attitude is one thing that is completely uncalled for. It seems to be the whole place is ran by children. It would make sense for them to treat me that way if I come in with an attitude, but I didn’t even have to do that. I just had to simply be there.

TACO BELL GOT AN UPGRADE IS ALL WAYS POSSIBLE!! The staff are very nice now, the good is great, and the restaurant is clean. Great job bringing Taco Bell back to life in Natchitoches!!!

Absolutely not. I get its fast food thrown together by teenagers but come on. I just moved down here in July and everytime I give this place a chance I get highly disappointed everytime. My burritos look like cheese roll ups and my tacos might as well just be smashed shells with the prices you pay might as well make it yourself.

Went through the drive through, the bot is really stupid and couldn’t make an adjustment to the burrito I ordered. All I wanted it to do is add steak. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito, what I received was not the grilled cheese burrito. It had no cheese on it and wasn’t even in the right wrapper. When I went in the lobby to get it fixed I had to stare into the souls of the employees to get one to come to the counter. One even walked up, got a cup for a different customer, looked at me and walked off without asking if I’d been helped. I showed my receipt and the burrito I received and the employee looked all annoyed like I’m just supposed to accept the wrong order and leave. Horrible.
Ordered soft taco’s party pack and got crunchy instead was in a hurry went back and asked about it. They said they were out of soft taco shells. And got 2 quesadillas and they had no sauce on them.

Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Only gave me half of my order and had to wait 45 minutes total for them to make my order correctly. Gave me a “cheesy bean and rice burrito” , which consisted of a tortilla and nacho cheese nothing else. Will never be back this location EVER.

They informed me after I had waited 10 minutes, they were out of what I ordered. They were already moving super slow. There was only 1 other person inside the dining area before me. I got a refund and left.

I believe that one's lived experience in a restaurant is determined by the person that is serving you and making you comfortable while you're eating or delivering your meal. It's just something about natchitoches. It's the kids running it these days. They have no manners or respect. They look like they hate their job and they hate being nice to people. That ruins it for me. If I were a manager of a fast food restaurant, and I had my pickings, I wouldn't pick the people they have in this particular restaurant. In my last order, the girl with the window was horrible. Terrible attitude, hated talking to this white man, obviously. The food looked like they had been thrown together and trust me, there was no line or lots of people waiting on anything. In fact, I believe I was the only person at the Taco Bell getting an order. Seems like this white man interrupted her time on her phone and she wasn't paying attention to anythi like she hated my guts. Not sure I want to go back to the natchitoches Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell a lot. I don't like being treated so ugly, though.
