Ordered soft taco’s party pack and got crunchy instead was in a hurry went back and asked about it. They said they were out of soft taco shells. And got 2 quesadillas and they had no sauce on them.

Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Only gave me half of my order and had to wait 45 minutes total for them to make my order correctly. Gave me a “cheesy bean and rice burrito” , which consisted of a tortilla and nacho cheese nothing else. Will never be back this location EVER.

I believe that one's lived experience in a restaurant is determined by the person that is serving you and making you comfortable while you're eating or delivering your meal. It's just something about natchitoches. It's the kids running it these days. They have no manners or respect. They look like they hate their job and they hate being nice to people. That ruins it for me. If I were a manager of a fast food restaurant, and I had my pickings, I wouldn't pick the people they have in this particular restaurant. In my last order, the girl with the window was horrible. Terrible attitude, hated talking to this white man, obviously. The food looked like they had been thrown together and trust me, there was no line or lots of people waiting on anything. In fact, I believe I was the only person at the Taco Bell getting an order. Seems like this white man interrupted her time on her phone and she wasn't paying attention to anythi like she hated my guts. Not sure I want to go back to the natchitoches Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell a lot. I don't like being treated so ugly, though.

You have got to be fn kidding me!! For starters you have to put in your order on a kiosk when there's employees standing around behind the counter! Then after ordering 2 crunchy tacos then had to add tomatoes and sour cream because there's no such thing as a crunchy supreme anymore apparently, 2 cheese rolls, cheese quesadilla which looked like a half order compared to other restaurants, 5 chicken nuggets and 3 cheese sauce cups comes to just under $25! There is maybe 3-4 worth of ingredients to make this order and the crunchy tacos were the size of mini tacos plus broken!! Also didn't get fire sauce I ordered, store didn't have fire ranch or and other sauces for the chicken nuggets either!

I usually get a sweet tea, and this time it wasn't really sweet, but who cares? Well, cashier offered to let me taste from a sample cup to ensure I wasn't served unsweet accidentally, and when it was proven the sweet tea just wasn't very sweet right now (again, it happens), she apologized and gave me a coupon for my troubles. I was amazed by kindness and effort.
It wasn't a big deal- I can just swap drinks- but it was very much appreciated. Great customer service!

Very rude and lazy! The employee's are rude and impatient and so is the manager. Both times I've been here the employee's have an attitude and act completely incompetent and the manager comes up just to be rude. Overall everything about this place is sloppy, dirty, lazy, and badly managed.

Didn’t give us all our food. Soda machine doesn’t mix drinks correctly. Barely filled cheese sides and chips
Couldn't use drive thru window then had to use a machine to order food once inside. The chalupas had barley any meat, it was mainly cheese n lettuce and cold. The employee was very helpful and nice though.

Manager is very rude and disrespectful to staff, and customers. When asked why dinning was not open at 8 pm on a weekend. Then witnessed a door dasher get yelled at by her because they asked why they couldn’t get the order they was picking up threw drive since the dinning room was not open.

I had gotten home with supper for my family, and we ate what we got. Went back to retrieve the rest. They refuse to refund or give missing items. will not be going back.. rude customer service also. Location: Natchitoches LA they dont give you all the items you order ever... always missing something....

My wife and I were discussing our order at the EMPTY drive thru when the cashier rudely told us we needed to be faster because they're on a "time limit". If this is a real thing then it came off as pushy and rude, and Taco Bell should rethink this policy.
