Very rude and lazy! The employee's are rude and impatient and so is the manager. Both times I've been here the employee's have an attitude and act completely incompetent and the manager comes up just to be rude. Overall everything about this place is sloppy, dirty, lazy, and badly managed.

Couldn't use drive thru window then had to use a machine to order food once inside. The chalupas had barley any meat, it was mainly cheese n lettuce and cold. The employee was very helpful and nice though.

Manager is very rude and disrespectful to staff, and customers. When asked why dinning was not open at 8 pm on a weekend. Then witnessed a door dasher get yelled at by her because they asked why they couldn’t get the order they was picking up threw drive since the dinning room was not open.

gave me half of the things i ordered. would not give me refund or replace items missing, because I did not bring the bag back to store. I had gotten home with supper for my family, and we ate what we got. Went back to retrieve the rest. They refuse to refund or give missing items. will not be going back.. rude customer service also. My wife and I were discussing our order at the EMPTY drive thru when the cashier rudely told us we needed to be faster because they're on a "time limit". If this is a real thing then it came off as pushy and rude, and Taco Bell should rethink this policy.

The food is good, I like the food at taco bell. The problem is the employees, the employee managing the window at 6:50pm today was disrespectful and had an attitude and was obviously high while working with bloodshot eyes and had I not been in a hurry I'd had went inside and handled it further with the manager.

They had this extremely loud vile music playing from the back. It wasn't the lobby music, because you could hear that there was lobby music but something that the employees had playing. This is a place of business not your living room. Stood there for a couple minutes before anyone even knew I was there because they were to busy singing to their music and talking.
