First time in long time got a hot meal here. The service was amazing. Shift lead/ manager on days needs a raise. Was vocally encouraging employees to work effectively and efficiently.
We were missing an item from our order. The server wanted to argue that she gave us that item. When we tried to explain that one came with a combo meal , but we ordered a second one she got all huffy and begrudgingly made the item.
Not enough customer service works. Some chips were stale and dry. There is not enough condiments on the food. According to the manager that's the way we do it now. BRING BACK THE BIG TACO SHELL FOR THE TACO SALAD.
