There were two adult black ladies who work there screaming obscenities across the restaurant at another black gentlemen. The food took forever and was cold when it came out...we stopped for a quick 20 minute pit stop, but were there almost an hour to get a Biggie bag and 2 JBCs and a 6 pack of nuggets

Came in to order and there was a person in front of me. I waited until their order was taken and stepped forward. No greeting or anything. Instead of them taken my order, two Caucasian managers with glasses one in a red collared shirt and the other black/grey, they decided to do a refund and make me wait an additional close to five minutes instead of taking my order. They were taking so long til I just ordered online. Once done they just walked away still no greeting. The young lady light skinned with the jacket asked how was I doing and how could she help me. I stated they took so long to take my order til I just ordered online. If that’s the type of management onboard then I see why the reviews are low.

They make everyone pull off to a parking spot after the drive-through orders, and clearly got most orders wrong, because afterward, all the customers had to ask each other if their order belonged to someone else.

Busy but efficient! Food was delish, baconator fries & a chocolate frosty! Frosty was extra thick-spoon needed yummy. Bacon crispy & used both: fingers & the offered fork. Window gal was nice!
One of the employees used the restroom, did not bother to flush the toilet,and then went directly back to work without washing hands 🙄. Pretty disgusting

Young Lady w Red Dread hair and I did not communicate well at all. Third time I reordered at drive thru then went to pick up window was no better. She would look at order screen then repeat wrong order back to me… again When I politely told her what I wanted she seemed upset w me and went to back of restaurant then returned asking if that was all I needed. Well the order was still incorrect so I told her I did not want anything and went next door to another restaurant

Placed a mobile order for pick up. Took over 30 minutes to get my small order. The majority of the staff was laughing and chatting while ignoring the customers. The customer before me was handed a bag full of cold food that had to get remade. Very poorly ran establishment.
Very nice and helpful employees. Food was typical Wendy's food. Restaurant was very clean

My experience was actually similar to others posting on here. I ordered online, pulled up to drive thru and had to wait a while just to be told to hold. The manager was not rude however the service provided could be more professional. When at the window he was on the phone while tending to me (passing over the drinks ordered)...after having pulled forward to the side door and getting my order I was missing a 4pc nuggies that comes with the biggie meal so I went in. No one was at the counter but noticed the lady who handed me my order about to pass so I spoke out (politely) to say excuse me, I'm missing a 4 pc nuggets... she didnt say anything however the girl near her coming by did and just went back to the fryer where other employees (3 or 4 I'd say) were hanging about and slowly (without effort and without any word or emotion) handed me the small bag. I was only passing by but without a doubt, I would not stop by again if I were given the chance. It doesn't seem anyone wants to deal with customers and provide decent service. Only 2 families were in the lobby having their dinner. It did not seem unclean however the vibes there were just not welcoming. I do thank them for providing my family their meals but would recommend employee reviews to get everyone on board with how service should be handled at a general, basic level.
