I stop at this place every time I go to Alexandria Louisiana. Their service is great and the food is better than average I'll be recommended if you're on the go

Arrived for breakfast after posted 11pm start time, was told breakfast was unavailable?? Then when reached destination was missing an item that I paid for??.. what's happening here?

Took nearly 40 minutes for a kids meal and two sides. And only got my food after going to the counter and asking about my order. A large group of guys left and told them not to worry about their order as well. One of the staff members thought it was funny when we told them they left after they still made their order. Another customer reported a staff member did not wash her hands in the restroom. Plan to be waiting a long time and have no staff care at all except for manager who seemed to be trying her best to help.

We sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and no one helped so went inside to order and waited another 15 minutes for food. Did not give drinks in our order and once got to our room realized didnât give all of order. My daughter and grandson both got sick after eating their dinner. Service was rude and inattentive. Would not recommend

Almost every time my husband and I go, something is wrong with our order. They always forget something, whether it be a sauce, fries, or something else. Our burgers have stuff on them we asked to leave off. The wait times are always so slow. The prices are stupid high for the quality of service we receive all the time.
The staff was nice. The food was good but it took way longer than I expected for fast food. I will return here tho. Overall it was a great hamburger and the onion rings were slammin!

Only customer & car on property. At 7:36 order placed, 7:49 food receivedâŠnot until i walked in and asked. Clerk grabbed my order that was sitting on counter next to drink machine. Obviously itâs been ready while I waited in the â please pull fwd spotâ. 100% of my visits here were no less than 8-10min wait. Last visit today.
