Best authentic chicken cracklins in the area! To be specific, most chicken cracklins you find are breaded and deep fried. These are really the chicken skin, and fat, and a little meat and are deep fried BUT NOT breaded. It makes a world of difference. It is a drive through food truck, not a restaurant so service and atmosphere don't really count for much ;-)

Today I had the plate lunch Fried Fish with Shrimp Fettuccine and OH MY GOSH Was it delicious. You guys have to try them if you haven’t. Everything he makes is SO good. From the stuffed egg rolls, stuffed bread, plate lunches and more, you WONT be disappointed. 🤩
