“I gave it a 3 star because of the supervisor was hollering and fussing with the workers loud everyone heard her she should have not done that to me that's unprofessional. The food could have been better if not rush to make it and fries was warm.“
“The only issue I have is that the GM, as of me writing this, WILL lie to your face about the rewards policy. You don't have to buy anything to redeem the points. Avoid the interaction and order it through the app if you want to redeem points.“
“This was my 3rd location bk going to in a 45 minute period on 9/20/21 at around 10:45 pm. Not only did they HAVE onion rings, the cheddar peppers and drinks, my man taking the order at the window was very professional and friendly. Took the order really quick, order was accurate. The lady that runs this store as well as all of the employees are always professional and neat in appearance and very friendly. The manager, she is always all smiles. Always an enjoyable experience going to this store. Great job by her and the staff.“
