Jane's Seafood & Chinese Restaurant

I have been a valued customer at jane’s ever since they’ve opened. They were amazing at first but the quality of the food progressively gotten worse as well as the service. I’ve had two mobile orders and I made sure to ask the worker if that was both of my orders and she told me yes when that was not the truth. I was missing one of my orders that was ridiculously overpriced and refused to give me a refund on it. Now i am stuck with gumbo that taste like it came from the jar and none of my appetizers. Also, when I called and politely asked for a refund on my second order the woman answering the phone at 6:25 had an uncalled for attitude with me because I’ve asked for a refund and hung up in my face.

THIS PLACE PACKS A HUUUGE PUNCH!! THE FOOD IS FRESH, HOT, AND SOOO FLAVORFUL!! TRY THE JANE'S SHRIMP... O MY GOD, THIS PLACE IS A BANGA!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. Food is absolutely horrible. Ordered the chicken Lo-Mein and Kung Pao chicken with Lo-Mein. Their lo-mein noodles are white and pale. Never seen Lo-mein like that before. Chicken has no flavor and tasted stale. King Pao chicken had no sauce. Just awful and will never go back or reccomend

Ryan is the worst Bartender ever. He wasn't nice and did not pay attention to what I was ordering and lied to me about personally checking to make sure all my food was there. Got home and Gumbo was missing. I spent alot of money there to not have everything with No utensils.

This is a perfect restaurant to give visitors of the area an authentic taste of the Cajun cuisine. Easy to locate in New Iberia this restaurant has a huge parking lot. They accept a limited number of reservations each day. Our wait for a table of 6 was only 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were maintained. We had crawfish étouffée, boiled shrimp, chicken and sausage gumbo, potato salad, boiled coorn and potatoes. The étouffée was the best I've ever had and I’ve tried it in numerous restaurants over the past 40 years. The taste was full of flavor and the crawfish were tender. All the food was outstanding and they give you the amount of heat you request. This is also a great place if you have children. I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in town.

I had the boiled crabs. They were large and fully and so delicious.
Abby, our waitress was so nice and sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed. She had a great smile, and we had a good conversation, so ask for Abby as your waitress and give 5 star service.

An odd couple of Cajun and Chinese foods, but it works out where there is something for everyone. Drinks are great too.

First time eating here and we walk in and get no hi or hello we get " did you hear Donald trump got shot " look idc what your political affiliation is , but when I'm going eat with my family the last thing I want to hear or see is politics. Idk why this waitress thought this was an ok thing to welcome us with but it was uncomfortable and just out right out of place. There's a time and a place for everything and that just wasn't it. The rest of our time there was met with waitresses that all but looked like they had somewhere better to be and felt like we were an inconvenience. Idk if it's because we laughed when the hostess informed us of trump (we thought it was a joke )or if they are always like that but definitely won't be back. Do better . Family's go eat out to spend time with each other and forget about the world. Not to basically have fb follow us in human form informing us of politics even when our phones are down. Do better Jane's and get some better employees !
