Made the mistake of coming here for lunch today… now I’m addicted 😅😅
The owner and son are Amazing ! She is so kind and very friendly . I met her many years ago and continue to go there to this day. I went in for pho’ one day because I was feeling like I was starting with a bad cold and she gave me a small red bottle of oil that is used to treat illnesses. I still use it for everything . The food is so good , our favorite is the steak pho’ and the spring rolls with extra Peanut Sauce ( if you haven’t tried it you are missing out ! ) We love this place !
It was the worst pho I have ever had.Very little beef and very little noodles.,But worst of all the broth was entirely too strong of star of ansise. It was terrible.
The Pho is amazing and is a must have every time I come home. Their spring rolls with the fish sauce is also a must! They also have other delicious menu options which is great and no one is left out. As for customer service, I don’t think you could find nicer people if you tried. They are patient, kind and always greet you with a smile.
Best Pho and Bun bo hue hands down! Can't wait to go back
We get take-out often from Pho Ly Ly and the pho is always delicious, fresh, and piping hot. Fantastic if you love pho.
The waitress was kind ,attentive and hard working
Stopped by for lunch Saturday and really enjoyed the food. Restaurant was very clean and service was exceptional! Will definitely be back!
It was my first time trying pho and wasn't too bad. IlMy sister said she could use more seasoning in the beef pho. My sister ordered - Phò Tái, Bò Vièn - Noodle soup with eye round steak and meat ball. She said it could use more seasoning. I ordered the Phò Gá-Thit Tráng (Chicken Noodle Soup) - Noodle with natural chicken broth and sliced white chicken meat. It was good, but I wanted a bit more of the star anise flavor. Also ordered a chicken fried rice for my daughter, which was very good. Also ordered pan and steamed dumplings- both were delicious. As well as crab rangoon.
Saigon Noodles in Lafayette is 10xs better, but you know if you have a craving for Vietnamese in da Barrio, Pho Ly Ly is the place to go.
Restaurantji Recommends
Reminds me of my favorite restaurant in Van Nuys, CA. No fanfare, just good honest food with authentic Vietnamese taste and presentation. Highly recommended.
Eaten Pho all over US as I travel for work and this is really good Pho. Seafood is fresh and broth is very flavorful.
No frills Vietnamese food served in a no frills environment. Having been exposed to the best Vietnamese food at Rice and Noodles in Lancaster, PA., the offerings here are pedestrian at best. Passable egg rolls, and pho in the usual large servings, but short on flavor and taste. Over-priced.
