Bayou offers a menu that is huge with many choices. The boudin cheese fries and boudin grilled cheese are popular, and the pomegranate lemonade is very hydrating. Many visitors enjoy the snowballs; cotton candy and bubble gum snowball with cheesecake chunks and red velvet with cheesecake chunks are the best snowballs ever. The bread is a French bread hotdog bun size, and the chili and wiener are on point. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Prices are amazing and a Lite menu is available. Parking spots are provided. Bayou is a place.
