My granddaughter went in to make a purchase with my phone. She was told she didn't need the QR code, and we could not receive reward points for the purchase. I contacted Starbucks via chat and was informed we could not get our reward points because the attendant failed to give my granddaughter her receipt.
I got to Starbucks at 5:40, and waited in the drive-thru line to make my order. The car in front of me ordered and when I got to the window, it just turned 6 and they refused to take my order. I then had to wait in line for another 15 minutes for nothing. I get they close at 6 but I JUST got to the window as soon as it turned 6 after waiting in line for 20+ minutes when literally the car right before me got to order.
