My granddaughter went in to make a purchase with my phone. She was told she didn't need the QR code, and we could not receive reward points for the purchase. I contacted Starbucks via chat and was informed we could not get our reward points because the attendant failed to give my granddaughter her receipt.
Enjoyed the little time I spent here, the barista mage was hilarious, very relatable with my hair situation, first time in Louisiana, I knew it was humid but man. Thanks for the drink, cheers!
Of course, the place is very famous - a brand! But I won't say that there's super coffee or coffee that you'll only taste here. Yes, the space is comfortable and you can make a meeting in such a place to let you know that you're knowledgeable, BUT it's all just appearances. Expensive regular-good coffee + obscenely expensive snacks. That's it.
