The place is clean. But the bad review is for the non-professional manners of the lady that worked there during the evening shift on the date of 05/26/23. I walked in as the lady was going to the restroom. I waited a bit, and she came back out. I said hello. She did not say hi or anything. I asked if she accepted this coupon. I couldn't barely hear what she was saying. I placed my order and forgot the name of the bread I wanted she just strug her shoulder . Instead of helping me out. I don't frequent subway alot. Seem every subway i go to everyone just seem to be unhappy. But to get to this point. As I started orderin, 4 more people came in. Then the another lady came out of the backroom to help. As I was telling her what to put on my sub. I can hear her talking to the other lady and using the f- word in front of customers. The lady also gives a bad vibe like she doesn't want to be there. And when I went to pay for food. She didn't stick around. She left back to making sub and I took the receipt myself and left. It sad that people this day and age complains about doing a job that isn't even hard. There people in other parts of the world who does the same. Or work back-breaking jobs and get paid nothing. But still give 100% customer service professionalism and does not complains. I wonder who manages this Subway location. Do they not want customers. ? . Hire people who are professional and doesn't complain about having to work. Good news is I will be moving out of this god forsaken town soon..

I go at this subway and I been going there for a half a year and I'm giving 5 stars...There have been days where there was not enough product but what restaurant is perfect? Reason for that is more business.. the employees there are not perfect either they make mistakes and we shouldn't have to get bad reviews due to if our schedule is to clock out at same time we close that's not our fault... We always make sure store is clean before time because I and I'm not only one in this world that would clock out and finish cleaning for free I'm gonna get paid my time and make sure that for next shift they don't have it hard it's team work and as a customer I understand people can't get mad at employees for closing the customer needs to go at a reasonable time to get what they need. And our manager works just as hard and also more responsibility she has a boss over her so can't really complain about any of them at the store. I'm the type one person that has a bad day will not affect my mood and my day at my job. And another thing customers are not always right..

Went in Monday March 13,2023.They had no bread except wheat. No tomatoes, no Swiss cheese and that's just the stuff I wanted. People were walking out.PLUS, there were 3 employees, one working the counter and the other two complaining about a fellow employee or their manager. Either way it was NOT the place to be doing it. The girl working the counter had to get one of the others attention to come help me because she was busy with the customer in front of me.On top of that, the two continued to talk about whomever it was and was not getting my sandwich made in a timely matter.Very bad business that day.

On 6/29/2022 at about 7:00 in the evening, I finally had a GOOD experience at this restaurant at 1102 E. Admiral Doyle, in New Iberia, La.. The young lady who waited on me was cheerful, got the order right w/o being distracted, and because she was unsure about how to properly ring up my gift card, she asked a fellow employee, She was quick and efficient! Prior to this experience, I encountered employees who did not appear to want to work and was lacking people skills.

Couldn't get any help. One employee said that she couldn't help us bc she was on the phone. The other one was mopping and gathering the trash and refused to help us. When we finally got help, she was rude and hateful the entire time.
