The service was great and the food was excellent. I had the crab cakes and shrimp and cajun chicken pasta. I had bread pudding for dessert. I will be going back.

Today was our first time having food from here. We ordered via Uber Eats. Everything was absolutely delicious! my kids and I were beyond satisfied. The portions were plentiful, allowing our family food for tomorrow as well.
The deep fried hen was well seasoned and juicy. Served hot and fresh but, on the other hand the sides were very mediocre. Canned greens they call mixed greens without any flavor or seasoning at all, served cold. The yams were also directly from a can with nothing added to them served cold. I think they do meat well but give you nothing of substance with it at a higher price point. Paying 30+ dollars to eat trash sides is ridiculous. People who like the sides must not know good Louisiana food.

This food was simply awesome . The owner opened early and his spouse made us feel like family . I swear they cooked this good with love according to the deliciousness

Ordered a T-bone steak via uber eats however received the wrong order. Called the store and they acknowledged the mistake but refused to send the correct order without paying again. That’s horrible business. To their credit, I did eat the food that was sent and it was good.
Welcoming, friendly service from the time we entered the door. Great service. Good food. Strong drinks!

The Fresh Food Assassin lived up to its name. The food and service was killer. The lamb chops were superb. A must visit when in New Orleans.

If I could give eight stars I would! We came in as a party of six and we all loved our food. Our waitress was friendly and the room was good vibes all around. If you're in New Orleans and you want some good food, come here!

My friend and I were in town for Essence. We came here and it did not disappoint!!! Jai did an amazing job explaining the menu. Manny was supper nice to us and took a picture with us. We ordered the deluxe seafood platter. The lamb chops were so delicious, the cornbread was fantastic, the fried lobster and grilled shrimp were seasoned to perfection. We did not order drinks, but I give this restaurant 5 stars.

Our server Jai was kind and attentive. The several different specials/deluxe platters were a bit confusing but she helped us understand them all and did a great job overall. The fried seafood was very fresh, the greens were smokey, and the cajun pasta was the definition of comfort food. Everything was seasoned up from end to end. One of our best meals this weekend!

We came to New Orleans on a girls trip and ate here after our tour. They accommodated our large group on short notice and our servers were exceptional. The food and service was ah-May-zing!!!!!!!!! Every restaurant after this we kept comparing to the food we had here. Cornbread is second to none! The lamp chops are sooo tasty. Shrimps, crab cakes and lobster were soooo good. Thank you for giving us wonderful memories of New Orleans!!

Everything was wonderful!!!! Our waitress was awesome! Lamb chops, chicken, shrimp and sides were all great.Drinks were awesome! Overall food and service was great and will most definitely be back.
