We sorta stumbled onto this place but was immediately taken in by the owner who was very passionate about his restaurant/ bar. We felt very welcomed and had some amazing in house made drinks. The house bloody mary was about as wild as it gets,

If you are in and around the area, there are plenty of better places to eat at. For starters stand by the door and look on the opposite side, there is the food market. That is what I should have done. The service is very slow and the food is terrible. I had ordered fried chicken and waffels and they managed to screw both up. Who screws up waffles!!!!! I go to hotels and make my own perfect ones in 2:30 . Horrible and over priced !!!!

This place is an EASY 5 star. I came here with a few friends when we visited for Mardi Gras and they took care of us. The drinks are strong and you definitely get your money's worth... Definitely stop by if you're in the area. Nick and Bret are the best!

Friday Feb 14. After visiting the French Market, we were coaxed to come into this place by Nicholas who was standing outside. He claimed he could make a better Bloody Mary than the one I was drinking so we took him up on his offer. I guess the brunch crowd had died down bc we had the whole place to ourselves. Nicholas made me a dang good Bloody Mary and we all sat around and talked for quite a while. He was a great bartender and we all enjoyed our conversation and lively debate about renting in New Orleans. We tried to visit again Saturday but didn't realize the place closed early. We would definitely come back for the ambiance and perhaps try the food. Also try the Rum Punch.

We went for dinner at is was super weird. We were the only party in the restaurant and the restaurant next to us had plenty of customers. The food was just okay. Had the shrimp boil, but there are plenty of other places that have more tasty boils. The staff was slow even though we were the only ones there and they were out of dessert which is also weird since it was early on a weekend night. Disappointing, but not terrible. I'd suggest going somewhere else for dinner at least

Great seafood boiled and steamed! Can't wait to go back. The 91 cent cocktails are delicious!

My family and I had Chargrilled Oysters here and they were amazing. Ashley took really good care of us she was so warm and friendly. She made us feel at home with some good conversation in an otherwise busy spot. Just what we needed on our last day in town. Thanks Ashley!

Quick overview: food would have been 4 stars, but the service was horrible! Service: This restaurant was pretty dead when we got in, but I figured not many people know about it with it being new, so we have it a shot. The one server there didn't seem to know what was going on. She was covering the bar and tables. She was nice, but took a long time to accomplish everything. She took our order, and then waited until after our appetizer came out to inform us that one of the entrees we ordered (gumbo) wasn't available - so we had to order another entree, which now made our meal take much longer than necessary. The were out of gumbo, cocktail sauce, and buffalo oysters... At 1pm on a Sunday. Food: The char grilled oysters were AMAZING. We also ordered jambalaya and some fried shrimp baskets. The food was all really good. Jambalaya was perfectly spicy. Bottom line-ask if they have the menu items you want to order before you sit down-if you have your heart set on something, and don't go if you're in a hurry!

Came here as a last resort to find in season crawfish. It was amazing, spicy and delicious almost thought it was Singaporean / Malaysian influence. Seafood boil was magic, definitely one of the best in Nola.

we were down by the market so we stopped in for drinks before a tour. bartender was a taller dude with chest tattoos and a pony tail. super cool guy, some of the best service and vibes we've gotten so far in NOLA. first time having paradise park beer. good choice.

Muffuletta egg rolls with pepper jelly were fantastic! Bartender was extremely knowledgeable of cocktail origins and recipes. Also very personable and enjoyable conversation. Convenient to get to and service was quick and painless. I'd make it a point to visit this establishment again if I was to be back in New Orleans.

My new favorite place! Amazing authentic food at local prices. Seafood all year long, crawfish, blue crabs, bang bang shirmp, buffalo oysters, softshell crab, thai grilled oysters. Great happy hour with a daily rotating $0.91 shot. Good place for locals to eat GOOD but not spend a lot, as well as a place to show tourists why we love seafood so much! Bookmark this lovely spot!
