We had a delicious dinner this evening at Addis and enjoyed it immensely. The diversity of food, the interior design, inviting atmosphere and friendly service in addition to the cultural experience itself pleased all four of us. We'll definitely come back. Thank you Addis!

The restaurant offers a variety of tasty dishes, including the veggie sambusa with lentils, which was flakey and flavorful. The Addis special, made with beef and delicious spices, was a standout dish. The veggie combo with awaze tibs was a perfect combination of meat and veggies, complemented by the flavorful injera, which has been described as one of the most delicious tried. Additionally, 99.99% of the dishes are gluten-free, making it accessible to many diners. Guests have raved about the Awaze chicken wings, calling them "fire" and a must-order every time. The shared family style meal, “The World,” was very flavorful and filling, with a great mix of meat and veggies, served quickly by extremely friendly staff. The atmosphere on a Saturday night is fantastic, with employees introducing themselves and creating a welcoming environment. The food, including lamb tibs, vegetable platter, and Addis special, has been praised as excellent, with some calling the Addis special the best food they've ever had. The injera is very fresh and light, and the cocktails are lovely. Overall, Addis Nola provides delicious Ethiopian cuisine in a warm atmosphere, with friendly staff that make diners feel like part of the family. The combination of flavorful dishes, pretty presentations, and attentive service makes it a must-visit restaurant in New Orleans.
